Order Cancellations

Orders that you submit online are processed immediately and may not be cancelled, and you may need to wait until you receive the merchandise in order to return it.

Returns

Once an item of merchandise is delivered to you, you can return that item within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your merchandise must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and must be in the original packaging.

In order to qualify for free return shipping, just make sure your return package is postmarked within the first 10 days of receiving your order using the return label we provide!

Didn’t get it postmarked within 10 days? If you choose to use our label, the label cost of $9.99 will be deducted from your merchandise refund.

Shipping

To initiate a return, please email us at sales@singlela.com.  We require a receipt or proof of purchase to accompany your return.

Refunds and Exchanges

We accept returns postmarked within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method or in the form of online credit. Refunds cannot be returned to alternate cards or different forms of payment.
  • Returns must be received in new condition; unworn, unwashed, and with the hygienic liner intact. Items returned with obvious use, makeup, animal hair, dander, deodorant, perfume, or similar product stains may be subject to refusal.
  • Final Sale items cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged.
  • Gift cards cannot be returned or refunded.
  • Original shipping is non-refundable.
  • Not all locations in Hawaii and Alaska will be eligible for a return label. We do not provide return labels to US Territories or APO/FPO addresses.

If your return is accepted by Us, We will provide one of the following within a reasonable time: an exchange of merchandise for the item returned, a non-transferable merchandise credit, a credit to the payment card or original method of payment used to pay for the item, a check, or another remedy that we determine in good faith is appropriate in the circumstances.
